Oz

This whole neighborhood was decorated like Oz with people acting out scenes from the movie at some houses and the movie playing in the windows of other houses. There were people gathered around watching the performances, it was really cool.

There were lots of other really decorated (and some really freaky) houses around. It was pretty fun.
