What Do You Want

When Santa asked Helaman what he wanted for Christmas at first he was just the strong silent type. He finally answered with, “I don’t know.”

Santa had run into this problem before, I’d seen it with my own eyes. He offered the boys cars, or trucks, the girls barbies and dolls.

I believe in Santa. No really. Santa sat my little boy on his lap and said, “How about I surprise you.” And then continued to suggest the very thing (an art easel) that Helaman is getting for Christmas. It was amazing to me.
