The Awful Red Bathroom

The boys bathroom started out with every wall painted red. It has beautiful new blue tile that didn’t match and didn’t make snese. There were odd patches on the wall that you can’t see in this picture, but you could if you wanted to go back through my video from which this still was taken. The mirror was ugly and the edges had lost some of their mirrorrness. The light fixture had no covers, was original from the 80′s, and painted. For some reason the toilet paper dispenser was across from the toilet on the wall behind the door where even I could barely reach, let alone a young one learning to wipe themself. We found out why later.

Under the odd patches were holes in the walls that looked as though the previous owners had removed towel racks and toilet paper holders by just yanking them out of the wall. So, the bathroom painting project took much longer than expected…
