The Park

Wednesday afternoon we took the kids to the park after three long days of house buying activities. People in Ridgecrest are wimps! We were the only ones there. It was only 105, I don’t know what the problem was. We laughed because when we went in December for the site visit, everyone kept telling us, yes, but it’s DRY heat. As if that makes it better. But ironically, upon arriving in Gridley we discovered it does make it better and felt like we were suffocating in the humidity. Who knew?
